We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder of our narrative-focused indie game studio.
You’ll be a right hand in keeping things moving smoothly across the studio’s leadership, helping drive organization and momentum in a fast-growing creative company.
💼 Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and priorities
- Coordinate closely with the studio’s Producer to stay on top of studio priorities and ensure the CEO is aware of key action items and deadlines
- Prep materials, agendas, and follow-ups for key meetings (investors, partners, team)
- Help draft, edit, and send external communications (emails, LinkedIn posts, investor updates)
- Assist with research tasks (finding information, tools, services, freelancers, and other resources that can help support the studio’s goals)
- Support the CEO’s visibility and outreach—LinkedIn, conferences, PR, etc.
✔️ Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive—able to anticipate needs and suggest improvements
- Clear, natural communicator (written and spoken)
- Native-level English
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment
- Tech-savvy—Google Suite, Notion, Discord, light Excel/Sheets
- Experienced in working with founders, execs, or creative teams
➕ Bonus
- Human Resources and/or Operations experience
- Proficiency in Arabic

📍Location
- Remote, with occasional in-person events.
- Between east Coast North America (GMT-4) and UAE (GMT +4) preferred
- Founder is based in KSA (GMT+3) but travels frequently.
