We’re looking for an experienced senior producer to join our team. In this role you will be working closely with the Studio Production Director to take the lead on a new project.

You will work with cross discipline teams and be responsible for ensuring the schedule, scope and risks for the features are constantly monitored and communicated. Due to the nature of this role we would like the person to be able to work hybrid in our office in Liverpool or be able to commute on a regular basis for team meetings. 

Responsibilities:
  • To lead feature or development teams and collaborate across different disciplines in order to define project goals, requirements and agree priorities of work.
  • Regularly review progress with the team and senior management
  • Define and understand the risks during concept, and manage them through the features development.
  • Provide overall project direction and ensure that the project’s goals, objectives and milestones are consistently achieved
  • Manage the project budget – identifying resource requirements and expectations, tracking actual project spend versus planned spend and continuously updating projections
  • Document, track and communicate project status and scheduling changes with key members of the team and adapt the schedules where necessary.
  • To ensure their teams are fully up to date with progress across all of our titles by working closely with the studio production group
  • Ensure excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development team and across disciplines
Required experience: 
  • Experience with full development lifecycle 
  • Experience leading teams building AAA titles 
  • Experience of agile project management processes.
  • Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making.
  • A passion for solving problems and building motivated teams.
Nice to have: 
  • Experience working with external partners
  • Experience as a Senior Producer within a games studio
