Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Team Member. The ideal candidate will
have a passion for organization, servicing the gaming, animation production processes, and the
ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in English. This role is critical to ensuring
smooth production workflows and the successful delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of gaming and animation projects.
● Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in English.
● Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely
delivery of project milestones.
● Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing
solutions.
● Maintain production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
● Support the production team in managing resources, including personnel, equipment,
and materials.
● Contribute to quality control processes, ensuring final products meet the required
standards.
● Assist in the documentation and archiving of production materials and assets.

Qualifications:
● Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Understanding of the gaming industry and animation production processes.
● Previous experience in a production role within the gaming or animation industries.
● Knowledge of current trends and advancements in gaming and animation.
● Proficiency in production management tools and software.
● Can Work within the Pacific Standard Time Zone
