Game Producer

ImagineDreams Studios is looking for an experienced Game Producer to help organize and lead our team creating Project Kato. The ideal candidate is self-reliant, organized, and understands the production of 3D games at a deep level. Must be adept at driving quality in line with team, schedule, and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating milestone definitions and strategies for achieving the plans
Manage the development and delivery of the game on-schedule, within budget and with desired functionality
Own the development and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling
Manages the flow of assets and information between team members.
Inspire and empower the development team and guide them through continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine
Proven ability to manage local and remote assets
Strong project and people management skills
4+ experience in a game production
Experience shipping on PC and Consoles
Shipped a minimum of 1 title in a leadership position
Passionate, committed and high level of energy
