The ideal candidate:

C1/C2 English - speaking & writing,
- Min. 3-year experience in B2B Marketing, Brand Strategy, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Performance Marketing,

Ideal candidate will have experience in gamedev industry, or strong willingness to learn all there is about it,
- Proven track record of lead generation,
- Experience with marketing automation tools,
- Strong understanding of buyer personas,
- Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns,
- Experience with account-based marketing,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to analyze and report on marketing metrics,
- Experience with CRM systems,
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales team,
- Willingness to commit full-time and go all-in,

What will you be responsible for?
- Developing and implementing B2B Marketing strategies to achieve company’s goals and objectives,
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential target audiences, market trends and competitors,
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, and advertising,
- Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies,
- Managing and maintaining the company’s website and social media accounts,
- Creating and managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI,
- Developing and producing marketing materials including brochures, case studies, white papers and other relevant content,
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements,
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B Marketing.

Salary:
We offer a base salary of 9k PLN (or 2250 USD) net on invoice (B2B) or gross (contract of mandate).
