Good Shepherd is looking for an experienced Senior Publishing Producer to support our growing Production team. As Senior Producer you will oversee the production of multiple PC and console titles created by different external development teams across the world, both original and licensed IP. Candidates should be experienced with the production process, and full development life cycle from initial concept to post-launch support.
This is a fully remote position, with potential (optional) relocation to our office in The Hague, The Netherlands (for those eligible to work in the EU.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management of the full development life cycle of game titles
- Set up and monitor development plans and resource budgets for game titles
- Communication between team, developers, and Licensors if applicable.
- Risk and issue management
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Multiple shipped game titles on different platforms, particularly PC and console
- Experience with GaaS; managing ongoing content and live product.
- Hard skills in a specific development discipline, such as Programming, Art, Animation, or Design
- Capable of balancing a project’s creative goals and requirements within constraints of schedule, staff, and budget.
- Established communication, people, presentation, organizational and documentation skills Skilled in the use of Excel, Jira and other project management tools
