ABOUT FLYING SHEEP STUDIOS

Flying Sheep Studios is an independent games company of 17 people with great ambitions that has already shipped over 180 games. We have developed the tools to create the best-looking games specifically for mobile browsers and instant messengers and we strive to become a leader in these markets. We do work-for-hire, developing games for awesome brands, as well as creating our very own games and IPs.

Even though we have an office located in the Cologne Game Haus, right in front of the Gamescom location, our team may work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

TASKS
  • Business development with a strong focus on marketing of F2P HTML5 games
  • Research, identify and acquire new client & publisher relationships
  • Pitching & networking, as well as contract negotiations
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, conventions, and matchmaking events
  • Research and identify current market trends
  • Maintaining internal CRM databases
  • Handling the company’s social media channels
YOUR PROFILE
  • Game enthusiast
  • Affinity to networking and visiting trade shows
  • You enjoy working and communicating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Degree or enrolled in game design, business, marketing or equivalent degree

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
  • Hands-on experience in business development/sales environments
  • Strong interest in F2P mobile games, communit management, and marketing strategies
  • Understanding of monetisation methods, specifically in F2P games
  • Play free-to-play mobile games regularly
  • You know what funnels, ASO and UA are
  • Fluent in written and spoken German

This position is available remotely as well as onsite, you must however be registered in Germany and have a valid visa.
