As a People Lead at Flatter Than Earth, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving engagement, and developing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that support our growth and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes in compliance with appropriate laws.
- Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
- Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with our employees globally.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
- Manage employee relations.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute talent development and retention strategies.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
