Eleventh Hour Games (EHG) is a fully remote game development studio with team members all over the world working on our first ARPG title - Last Epoch. We are looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled Recruiter & Hiring Manager to help advertise, scout and interview candidates to bolster our ranks and continue to grow the studio. This is a full time position and all work will be fully remote.

As a Recruiter for Eleventh Hour Games, you will be responsible for collaborating with all departments and leads to coordinate writing job ads, posting them, collecting and screening applicants, hosting and conducting interviews - all the while holding EHG’s core values and culture as a priority. From there you will work with senior leadership and HR to extend offers and welcome new hires into the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruitment support for all open vacancies including posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, scheduling of interviews, and extending offers.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, websites, and other sites from official recruiting sites to subreddits. EHG was born from the gaming community and we like to find like minded individuals with the same passion.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team while maintaining active databases.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Personal Qualifications
- Passionate about ARPGs and the video game industry
- Prior experience recruiting for technical and/or analytical roles preferred
- Prior experience recruiting for art or design roles preferred
- Available to work during core hours, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Central Time
- 3+ years as a recruiter or where recruiting was a large part of your role
- Self-starter, team-driven and solid organization skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical Qualifications
- Ability to interpret, understand, and apply complex labor contracts
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Experience in small, high growth companies a plus
- Notion & Discord experience and skills are a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
