What you will do
EF Games is seeking a passionate Senior UI Artist to join our team.
In this position, you will be key in creating visually stunning menus, intuitive interfaces, and original concept art designs for our upcoming multiplayer PVP game.
You will use your extensive experience to design, prototype, and implement high-quality UI elements for Unity and provide Art Direction tasks that would help unify the game’s visual appearance and its interfaces.
Please, ONLY SENIOR PROFILES with proven experience in AA/AAA shipped games. Portfolio needed.
This applicant can work 100% remotely or in our office in Madrid(Spain).
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and implement UI elements and menus for our multiplayer PVP game.
- Create and manage high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design systems, and UI art assets, including game menus, HUD elements, iconography, UI animations, and motion design.
- Draw concept art and final art for non-UI assets such as vehicle skins, company brands and logos, 2D environment assets, and more.
- Ensure quality and consistency of UI/UX design throughout the project, working closely with developers and other artists to deliver a seamless player experience.
- Provide Art Direction to unify the visual appearance and overall aesthetic of the game.
- Generate creative art concepts that are essential for the game’s development.
- Use your knowledge of Unity to implement UI elements directly into the game
Requirements:
REQUIRED:
- At least 4 years of experience in UI design.
- Proven experience working on AA/AAA games.
- High-quality portfolio of game dev-relevant UI art
- Proficiency with 2D software packages (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
- Experience with 2D animation/motion graphics and how to leverage motion in the user experience
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a great team player.
- Full professional proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Ability to mentor others in the department.
PLUS:
- Strong knowledge of Unity is recommended.
- Experience with 3D modeling packages (3ds Max, Maya, Blender) is desired
- Experience with a complete game development process.
- Experience as a lead artist.
