DreamForge is an AI gaming platform for creating, playing, and sharing Story Adventure Games. The platform turns simple conversation into fully playable games. You can make yourself or your friends and family characters in games and even recreate and refine your own surroundings. All games on the platform are instantly playable and shareable, users never need to manipulate assets or create code. DreamForge is available cross-platform on iPhone, Android, and Windows.

Community is particularly important at DreamForge because we are a platform that encourages people to share the games they create. We are seeking a highly autonomous, creative, and metric-driven Head of Community & Growth to lead our launch execution, own social media presence, and cultivate community. You will lead the voice of DreamForge in public communities, help drive user acquisition and activation during launch, and build long-term engagement engines around our product. You will be responsible for planning and executing launch campaigns, managing social platforms, and forging strong relationships with creators and power users.


Responsibilities
  • Create DreamForge games and play them frequently so you know the platform better than anyone! 
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to support launch goals and long-term engagement 
  • Manage DreamForge social accounts, including:
    • Discord
    • Reddit (brand subreddit + relevant gaming/AI communities)
    • Twitter / X
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
    • Other forums (e.g., Product Hunt, Discord groups, gaming communities)
  • Draft and publish compelling content, announcements, and community updates
  • Capture, edit, and share videos showcasing the DreamForge creation process and gameplay
  • Respond to user feedback, moderate discussions, and escalate issues internally
  • Identify, recruit, and support early advocates, moderators, and influencers
  • Track and analyze growth and engagement metrics; iterate on tactics
  • Manage reviews across the different platforms
  • Partner closely with the Product team to align messaging and campaigns
  • Lead events and contests where appropriate

Metrics for Success
  • New Players 
  • Daily Active Users / Weekly Active Users (DAUs/WAUs)
  • Conversion to Paid Subscribers
  • Followers on Social Media Accounts
  • Social Media & Content Engagement
  • Virality (game shares, platform referrals)

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing social accounts and online communities for a game or gaming studio 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and engagement
  • Data-driven mindset: able to track goals and create easy-to-understand reporting
  • Excellent sense for community culture, tone, and authenticity
  • Creative storytelling and content creation ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
