Cost Center is looking for a Business Development Manager who lives and breathes User Acquisition (UA) in the mobile gaming industry. This individual will be responsible for building partnerships with indie game studios, publishers and strategic partners to drive adoption of data-driven methods in managing UA, and scale up sustainably.
  • Make outbound calls/emails to customer prospects on target accounts list.
  • Work with the Sales team on defining and executing a lead generation plan from both a vertical and regional prioritization perspective.
  • Qualify inbound leads that come through our website and other inbound channels.
  • Lead and personally undertake Sales activities from initial contact until sale closure managing the complete sales funnel and lifecycle.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota leveraging Cost Center’s growing suite of products
  • Maintain close communication at various stages in the sales cycle including account updates, weekly projections and revenue forecasting.
  • Leverage your existing network, source leads, conduct product demos, negotiate and close new deals.
  • Generate and nurture a transparent and effective sales pipeline 
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the Cost Center’s product offerings and ways of differentiating to other companies in the mobile ad tech ecosystem.
  • Represent the Company at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings and other avenues to initiate sales of the Company’s products.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams including sales, product and R&D.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing ad-hoc projects.

About you
  • At least 2 years of experience in UA, working with game studios, game publishing or ad networks; Strong network in the gaming industry
  • Experience in identifying, developing and maintaining business relationships including pipeline tracking through opportunity portals
  • Go-getter with a strong record of performance  in business development, sales and or or goal-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in English and Turkish is a must to meet business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and information management skill 
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Demonstrate positivity and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Genuine passion for bringing great games to the world and making it a more joyful place to live.
