As our Game Producer, you’ll oversee the production pipeline, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and timely delivery of milestones. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, track progress, and support the development of innovative gaming experiences. Your expertise in production workflows and team coordination will be key to delivering high-quality games.
How you will make an impact:
Manage the development pipeline to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery across all teams, from concept to release.
Coordinate production efforts between development, design, QA, and UI/UX teams, fostering alignment and efficiency.
Define project scope with leadership, setting schedules, milestones, and goals that align with the company’s vision.
Track progress and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Refine production workflows to improve efficiency and quality across the development process.
Oversee live operations, managing updates, patches, and player-focused events to ensure long-term success.
Lead short-term and mid-term planning, ensuring alignment with the business roadmap.
Identify and mitigate risks across technical, business, and workload levels, providing proactive solutions.
Act as the link between business and development, making informed trade-offs when necessary.
Your character build:
5+ years of experience in game production or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering shipped games.
Strong understanding of production workflows and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, …).
Experience in LiveOps, including post-launch updates, content pipelines, and managing live events.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative and technical teams.
Proven track record of delivering games or similar projects on time and within scope.
Experience managing resources and ensuring alignment with project priorities.
Bonus: Familiarity with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
Bonus: Understanding of monetization and player engagement strategies, particularly in live-service games.
