Bitwise Alchemy is a consulting studio that solves the tough problems for AAA studios and other game tech companies. Our growing team has decades of experience in AAA video game development building and leading large projects.
We are a remote-only studio based in the US, but work with engineers around the world. We have an absolute no-crunch policy.
Bitwise Alchemy is looking for a Senior Manager to take a leadership role in the company. We are small (8 engineers) but are growing rapidly, and need help in multiple areas:
- Managing relationships with our clients.
- Monthly invoicing and status reports.
- Managing our recruitment pipeline.
- Tasking our engineers.
- Other work related to managing a small consulting business.
Most importantly, we are looking for a leader that takes an active role in understanding our business and is interested in growing it.
We offer full time regular employment in the US and Canada.
Requirements:
- Experience working with large teams in the game industry.
- A general understanding of the professional game development process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with business operations.
- Ability to do budgeting and financial modeling in Excel.
