About the Role
Crytivo is looking for a Junior Game Scout to help us discover promising upcoming indie games and connect with talented developers.
This is a remote, part-time position for someone who follows the indie scene closely, understands what gives a game publishing potential, and can research projects before they become widely known.
What You’ll Do
• Discover and evaluate upcoming PC games and unreleased indie projects
• Research developers, teams, contact information, development status, and available materials
• Assess each project’s quality, market potential, audience fit, and suitability for Crytivo
• Contact developers, introduce Crytivo, and follow up professionally
• Prepare concise written evaluations and route qualified projects to our Publishing and Business Development team
• Keep scouting activity, contacts, responses, and follow-ups organized
What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of indie games and the wider PC game market
• Good judgment about what makes a game distinctive, commercially promising, and publishable
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Clear written English and professional communication
• Ability to work independently, follow up consistently, and take ownership of results
• Curiosity and a genuine interest in discovering games before everyone else
Conditions
• Remote, part-time position
• $300–700 USD per month, depending on experience and availability
• Performance bonuses for successful scouting results
• Long-term opportunity with room to take on more responsibility
