We are looking for a remote, contract, user interface programmer to join our team for a long-term contract. We’re currently working with a well-established, “AAA” company who is looking to grow AUG’s involvement on an upcoming title.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Write & maintain production-quality C++ and Blueprint inside the Unreal Engine
- Adhere to memory & performance guidelines
- Collaborate directly with the rest of the team, working primarily with designers and other programmers, in a professional manner, to see features through from prototype to shipping.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A demonstrable proficiency with C++, Unreal Engine 4/5, and UI middlewares (eg UMG, Scaleform, Coherent, etc.)
- Efficient communication skills
- Professional & polite demeanor
WHAT ELSE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior shipped titles using the Unreal Engine
- Professional game programmer experience (any engine) and/or Bachelor’s/Master’s in a computing-related field
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
- $6,000-7,000 (USD) a month
