Are you looking to work for a new Guildford based start-up, who were founded by AAA Games Industry Veterans?
A Guildford based Interactive Development Studio are currently looking for a Unity Developer to work on a range of new experiences on VR platforms. They are currently working with some of the biggest names in TV and streaming, giving you access to projects with these clients.
The team are made up of award winning developers who have come from AAA backgrounds and have a history of releasing a range of interactive games and apps, some of which have been very well received and have been based on well-known famous IP’s.
This role can offer this developer a chance to own quite a large area of the project and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team and in a fast-paced start-up environment. This would suit a generalist programmer who enjoys a flat structure, where they can get involved with different disciplines of programming and assist with rapid prototyping.
This role will promote freedom in your work style and will allow you to be creative with your code in an open-plan environment, where ideas are commonly contributed, and everyone has an input on the project. The studio can also offer some remote working, with some visits to their Guildford office.
Requirements
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Unity Developer position
- Games or VR experience preferred, but candidates from other industries are welcome to apply
- Experience with multiple disciplines of programming such as Gameplay, UI, Tools etc
- Good working knowledge of C# and Unity 3D
- GPU/Shader development would be a bonus
