Our client, the studio behind shapez and shapez 2 is looking for an Executive Producer who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a growing portfolio of projects.
The role combines production leadership with publishing oversight, ensuring that games move smoothly from development through launch and live operations. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, aligning external partners, and maintaining accountable project pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and maintain production schedules across multiple parallel projects
 - Collaborate closely with freelancers, agencies, and other external partners, including contractual and budget responsibilities
 - Oversee publishing activities, ensuring marketing, PR, and release plans are executed in partnership with external teams
 - Manage and support a team currently of Game Designers and QAs
 
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one commercially released PC title on Steam delivered in a production leadership capacity
 - Demonstrated experience managing external contributors and vendors
 - Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery
 - Flexible availability across time zones from Brazil (BRT) up to Central Europe (CEST)
 
NICE TO HAVE
- Background engaging in partnerships, business development, or similar publisher relations
 - Interest in or familiarity with automation or factory-building game genres
 - Experience launching on console platforms
