Job Description
7 Digital Labs is looking for a self-employed or freelance experienced Gameplay Programmer to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge game. As a Gameplay Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing game mechanics, systems, and features, particularly related to the TPS combat.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with design and art teams to implement gameplay mechanics and features.
- Optimize game systems for performance and responsiveness.
- Debug and troubleshoot gameplay-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends in gameplay programming.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Gameplay Programmer.
At least 3 years of experience as a Gameplay Programmer.
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine, preferably 5/5.3
- Must have proficiency with the Unreal GAS.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Strong understanding of game development principles and mechanics.
- Portfolio showcasing gameplay programming projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
How it works:
- Contract: Self-employed, full-time assignment, 1 year
- We work on discord where we’ll meet.
- Our time zone is GMT+1 (CET), but everyone is welcome.
- We have regular scheduled team meetings, otherwise you pick your working hours.
