Elsewhere is a San Francisco-based startup game studio building a new kind of multiplayer video game. We’re inspired by an emerging category of video game (called “roguelikes”) that, although dating back over 20 years, have recently taken the indie market by storm. Our game is the first to combine the roguelike play pattern with a live service game built around long-term retention, which is how billion dollar game franchises like League of Legends and Fortnite are built. Elsewhere is backed by top Silicon Valley investors.
