What We Expect
You will:
- Lead the Ad Mediation team, focusing primarily on managing and optimizing the waterfall setup of our customers’ games.
- Continuously analyze and adjust the mediation strategy to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including the Head of the Game Growth business unit, product managers, and advertising partners, to align the mediation strategy and performance with broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems to track the performance of waterfalls and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to automate and streamline the mediation process, incorporating AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new strategies and tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of ad mediation strategies to senior management.
You must have:
- At least 5 years of experience scaling the ad mediation performance of F2P mobile games with Applovin MAX mediations, including optimizing the waterfall setup, enhancing the country segmentation, and reducing latency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of using data to inform decision-making.
- Technical proficiency, particularly in areas relevant to ad mediation and optimization.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with a history of leading successful teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic business environment.
- Keen understanding of the mobile gaming market and its ad monetization mechanisms.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ad tech and game monetization.
- Scalable thinking: Yodo1 is growing fast; those who can think big advance quickly.
You might have:
- Proven experience optimizing MCM Ad Manager performance
- Experience in implementing AI or machine learning solutions in ad mediation or a similar field.
- Experience using Monetization Anomaly Detection Systems, such as oolo.
- A network of contacts in the gaming and advertising industry.
