Sony Pictures Games Team is looking for a Sound Designer for an upcoming voice-game (Alexa,
Google Home). The Sound Designer will create sound effects, edit and mix VO files for
dialogue-driven games.
Responsibilities:
• Work with producers to create sound effects to be used in interactive audio games
• Mix VO to meet technical and loudness requirements of Smart Speaker platforms
• Edit VO files and SFXs
• Incorporate feedback, track revisions, and submit revisions
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience creating Sound Effects for interactive content
• Must have experience editing and mixing VO to loudness standards
• Understanding of Audio design and the role that dialogue has on player experience
Nice to have
• Experience working with branded-content
• Experience using Alexa or Google Home devices
• Experience editing and mixing for Mobile Games
• Portfolio with samples of VO editing and mixing
