Job Title: Senior Videogame Producer
The Role: Administer and coordinate game production under the Creative Director's direction.
The Games: Narrative-driven RPG videogames set in an alternate-history 1930s New York City.
Experience: Senior-Level – 10+ years of professional experience in a videogame Producer role.
Must have successfully shipped at least two videogames in the Producer role.
Location: USA or Canada (Remote) – Must reside within the UTC-4 to UTC-8 timezones.

Pay Rate: $50 - $62 USD per hour – Depends on skills and experience.
Job Overview
We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Senior Videogame Producer with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, a clear talent for organization and coordination, someone adept at logical and systemic thinking, and an enthusiasm for videogames and the videogame industry. They enjoy working with talented creatives and management, have a drive to create great games, and empathize with both new players and with experts of our game's genre.
The ideal candidate communicates effectively in a small, cross-functional, remote team environment. They bring a passion for working within an iterative development environment, enjoy effective collaboration and have an enthusiasm for supporting a team of creative individuals.
This is a remote position which requires regular collaboration during Pacific-time business hours, attending relevant team meetings (e.g. daily scrum, retrospectives, sprint planning, and design meetings). Occasional calls during late evenings, nights, and early mornings should be expected for meetings with international collaborators. Occasional travel may be expected. Applicant must have an ergonomic and secure workspace separate from their personal activities and roommates during work hours.

Whether an applicant qualifies for contract-to-hire or full-time employee, and the option to convert, depends on the applicant's location, skills, aptitude, fit, project needs and schedule, and pay expectations. H-1B transfers and sponsorships are not available at this time.
Quests
- Support the Directors with project scheduling and team coordination.
- Support the Directors with tracking and organizing game assets throughout the Asset Pipelines (e.g. art, VFX, SFX, music, voiceovers).
- Be the voice of reality: What is possible? What isn't?
- Actively collaborate with the development team, finding risks and openly communicating progress and concerns, helping to set realistic project timelines and expectations.
- Help to create and maintain project documentation.
- Administer internal and external game testing efforts, reporting on the results.
- Help manage relationships and progress with outside vendors (e.g. localization).
- Analyze other games and the videogame marketplace.
- Assist with onboarding new-hires, familiarizing them with our tools and processes.

- 10+ years of professional experience working on narrative-heavy games in a Videogame Producer role.
- Experienced implementing, managing, and optimizing asset pipelines (e.g. art, VFX, SFX, music, voiceovers).
- An expert scrum master.
- A careful organizer with a passion for details.
- An experienced gamer, enthusiastic for quality gameplay and a familiarity with many games and genres, both past and present.
- Possesses a strong understanding and enthusiasm for videogames and for the videogame industry.
- Strong self-discipline, motivated, a self-starter with a drive for excellence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work fast and loose or carefully with quality as needs require.
- Courteous and patient, able to give and receive constructive and inspirational feedback gracefully.
- Able to work effectively with people having a variety of personalities and backgrounds.
- Adaptable: The job can change according to the needs at hand and requires wearing various hats.
- Outstanding documentation, information organization, and cross-referencing skills.

- Experienced working with professional narrative authoring tools (e.g. Articy, Arcweave, Pixel Crushers).
- Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
- Experienced using JQL and Jira automation.
- Passionate to learn new tools and technologies.
