Our team at Ramen VR is dedicated to making the most immersive experience possible with Zenith: The Last City, an open-world MMO built for VR that combines adrenaline-pumping action-adventure gameplay with a colorful open world. Think WoW meets Dark Souls, with an anime-inspired, JRPG twist.
We’re looking for a Business & Production Coordinator to join our passionate team in bringing this vision to life. You’ll get an up close look at how a gaming company is built in a fast-paced environment – working directly with the Chief of Staff to run company operations, recruiting, and production efforts across the board.
You’re someone with a passion for gaming and thirst for knowledge and growth. You’re a highly organized individual and a fast learner ready to take on any challenge that comes your way!
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Chief of Staff to manage company operations such as staff onboarding, benefits management, scheduling, invoicing, offsite planning, and more.
- Drive recruiting coordination and sourcing.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Producers in supporting day-to-day project management.
- Work in a remote setting in a fast-paced environment and collaborate remotely via Discord.
- Manage your time independently, completing tasks on time and bringing up issues and conflicts as they arise.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- At least 1 year of work experience at a gaming company or similar industry.
- Familiarity with organizational and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Pluses
- Real, demonstrable passion for video games and VR.
- Experience with working at startups.
- Experience working fully remote, and working with smaller teams.
