At Netspeak we believe moving fast is key to keeping our players happy & engaged. This means multiple streams of new content from quests, items to large scale social features being developed in parallel. As a QA you’ll evangelise the player’s needs & ensure our overall experience is consistent, enjoyable & most importantly; fun. We collaborate on everything at Netspeak - especially the design. Your feedback will need to be clear, concise & aligned with the values of the game & the audience it serves.
- Ensure everything Netspeak delivers to players is at a consistently high quality bar
- Collaborate with the platform, game & commercial teams to make sure our releases are low stress & methodical
- Own the reporting, triaging and prioritisation of bugs, outages & design issues
- Learn about our technology & our customers and grow along side both
Help Netspeak move fast while keeping stress to a minimum. By building robust processes & communicating clearly & often you’ll be the goto team for information on the current state of affairs. Teaching good quality testing practises to the rest of the team will be part of your day to day - collaborating with all aspects of the business will be key.
- Must be passionate about testing, reproducing issues & drilling into root cause analysis
- Must be a strong communicator
- Must be organised, diligent and thorough
- Ideally experienced with multiplayer, cross platform games
- Ideally experience with mobile games
