🎯Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a balance of mechanics and gameplay elements.
Creating a complex balance system.
Collaborating with the technical department to build data formats for the game.
Analyzing prototypes and hypotheses of player progression and monetization perspective.
💡 It is important to us that you:
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile games.
Possess good knowledge of mathematics, including functions and graphs.
High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to meticulously manage calculations and balance.
Experience with JavaScript in Google Sheets, Excel VBA, or other scripting languages; experience in building simulations is a plus.
Exhibit strong analytical thinking skills.
Have a technical education background.
The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
Highly proactive and action-focused.
Have written and oral proficiency in English.

Relevant qualifications in Maths, Statistics, Computer science or Economics.
Experience in modeling game economies.
