Freemotion studio is hiring programmers to collaborate on an in development multiplayer arena fighting game.
We work under a fixed fulfillment window model. This means payment per task is determined before actual development.
Developers start at $20/hr with opportunities to increase rate by 200% through merit and peer review
Team leaders start at $25/hr with opportunities to increase rate by 200% through merit and peer review
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Ability to work under a fixed fulfillment model. Work scope and payment is agreed upon up front before actual development
- Ability to work in a team environment with a pre-existing codebase
