Job Description:
7 Digital Labs is looking for a self-employed or freelance Associate Producer to support our game development project. As an Associate Producer, you will work directly with the Producer and play a key role in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the game development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help manage communication and workflow between different departments.
- Provide support in project tracking and documentation.
- Maintain the project's backlog updated.
- Help the Producer with the Milestone and Sprint's plannings.
- Provide feedbacks and insights to improve the internal pipelines and workflows.
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management or Game Development Production, or relevant first professional experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for videogames.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Fluent English.
- Good speaking Italian would be a big plus.
