Tatsu Works is a company passionate about connecting communities through Tatsumeeko, our modern fantasy RPG. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer in working on Tatsumeeko, the next game expansion to our popular Tatsu.GG platform used by more than 1.4 million Discord communities. We place fun gameplay, awesome user experience and mass adoption at the forefront of our creative vision.
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX designer who is well-versed in improvising Website, Gaming and Discord products. We are searching for someone who brings new expertise, is independent, has fresh ideas and enjoys collaborating with a multi-national cross-functional remote team to develop highly engaging gameplay features and bring positive user experiences all year round.
You will be a good fit if you have:
- Open mindedness to Web3 Development
- Creative and Artistic nature
- Interest in Gacha and MMORPG games
- Loves working as a team
- Experience in designing User Interface that fits Japanese Anime, Fantasy and Modern theme.
- Involved in designing and shipping a few Games and Website projects
- Experience in designing or improving User Experience with wireframing, low-fi prototype, surveying and analysis methods
- Experience in guiding junior members
- Experience in working across different department and their different pain points
- Excellent sense of composition, colour, typography
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency with Figma component usage and its plug-in to work smart and making responsive layouts
- Strong grasp of English
- Efficient working style with good judgement of project scope
Good to have:
- Experience with Discord development limitations
- Knowledge with Adobe After Effects for creation of Feedback Visualisation
