Gabsee is looking for a talented and versatile Game Designer who will drive the ambitious vision for Stories One.
Your designs will have an impact on the daily lives of millions of players by building meaningful relationships between them thanks to community and collaboration mechanics.

What you will do
- Conceive creative and innovative game designs that will generate memorable moments between players
- Build innovative systemic mechanics & systems to ensure endless replayability
- On a micro level, design gameplay features and player's experience
- Work collaboratively with the game director to ensure we’re delivering experiences that delight players
- Own the evaluation and implementation of our user research data to ensure an iterative design process based on our player communities
- Create clear and concise design documents that fit into the game’s vision
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer with at least one shipped title
- Experience working on a multiplayer game, ideally a collaboration focused MMO
- Ability to find creative ways to quickly prototype game design mechanics
- Understanding of F2P game models and mechanics
- Great understanding of player incentive and invoking emotion through gameplay
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Passion for gaming, preferably multiplayer, MMOs and virtual worlds
Nice to have
- Level design skills and/or experience
- Unity prototyping experience
- Mobile game design experience
- Fondness board game design mechanic
- UI / UX skills

Gabsee is a gaming startup currently working on the Stories One title. We want to build virtual friendships between people that will be as the ones in real life: strong, lasting and with shared memories worth remembering.
We are developing Stories One, a Social Adventure mobile game for building tight-knit communities. More than a game, it is a whole world where you will be living thrilling adventures with a persistent group of players, decide and write the story of your community. You will be living the Next-Gen of TV Show : don't just watch it... be together part of it !
We gather players in towns of 1000 people, where they play as high-schoolers in the 80s investigating about strange events that occurred in the region and that will try to save their town from catastrophes.
