Job Description
- Calibrating all available gameplay systems in order to achieve the best possible balance and a desired feel of the overall experience
- Cooperating with the Level Artist on rearranging the levels
- Cooperating with the Game Director on editing, tweaking and creating new gameplay rules
- Keeping all documentation up-to-date
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of game industry experience as a gameplay designer
- Shipped at least one video game
- Professionalism and a high work ethic
- Passion for games, especially strategies
- Experience in using Unreal Engine
- Advanced English language skills
