Part-time/Full-Time

We are looking for a Mid-Senior level Accountant to manage finances. This position is flexible to full-time according to availability. The Game Accountant will manage most financial aspects of the company, including (but not limited to) bi-weekly payroll invoices, invoicing and/or tracking payments from clients, reporting game sales, and submission of tax forms/other financial documents on behalf of the company.

You Are:

A person with minimum of three (3) years with finance or accounting between school and on-the-job experience
Confident with handling a company’s payroll alongside paying partners and clients
Experienced with invoicing clients and following up on payments
Able to track game sales, and update report summaries of game sales
Confident in streamlining financial templates and processes
Going to be compliant with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
Experienced in California and United States taxes and law
Experienced in preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
A spreadsheet master: you live for budgets and track everything with impeccable detail
